    • Is my V3-572P touchpad supposed to click on the top and the bottom?`

    I had to send my laptop in for a warranty repair due to the touchpad no longer clicking/depressing. When I got it back, only the bottom portion of the touchpad was clicking. The top doesn't budge. Is this normal? I could be crazy,  but I thought I recalled the full touchpad clicking before it stopped working.

      I would like to see what I can do to assist with resolving this for you, the good news is I do not need any information because I found it in our system. I will have someone get in contact with you and work on a resolution.
