e5-571 touchpad + technician quality control

I ordered Aspirer E15 E5-571 at the end of may 2015.

Initially : Cursor 1/ on Touchpad jumps when I remove the finger. 2/ Keyboard has bad keys.

Sent to repair 4 times.

Touchpad problem is still not solved.

Each time I get the unit back, keyboard demonstrates other problems due to workmanship.

 

Warranty is still valid (Canada). Is there any way to get the attention of a responsible personnel at Acer Repair Depot Toronto ?  Thank you.

    I apologize that you are having so many problems with your system. I do see that we processed a replacement for your system late last week, which would seem to resolve this thread.

     

    Hopefully your next system does not give you so many problems.

    Each and every Acer personnel said .....  SORRY !

    Acer looses customer satisfaction, Fedex has more shipping revenue, Client has no laptop for 90 days... Still waiting.

    ACCEPT as solution : Acer Texas shipped to client a V NITRO. This replacement unit is good, but the touchpad is still erratic and unstable. Client has to accept that Acer cannot not do better on this job.

    I checked a lot of other Acer models in stores, 80% shows same touchpad problem. Employee and client sing together : So SORRY...
