Acer W700 Model Confusion

It seems very difficult to find correct information when it comes to differentiating between different Acer W700 models as seen in the link below. It's quite sad even the Acer website can't give very clear information on this topic. What comes inside the box? Does it come with the dock? Does it come with the keyboard case? Both? Why are they priced differently? If anyone has some insight, I'd appreciate it.

You are showing a Canadian site so I assume you are in Canada. The reason country location is important is because Acer offers different packages in different countries. I am also in Canada and asked Acer the same question that you did and got incomplete/incorrect information. The Canadian Acer site is also out of date when I last looked. For a company that makes some great hardware their marketing/PR is a disaster.

However, I ordered the W700-6827 in early January and received the tablet, the combination keyboard case, the dock, some cables, a set of recovery DVD's, a cleaning cloth and documentation. Its an excellent package and I have been very pleased. The W700-6407 seems to be exactly the same as the w700-6827 but with the 128GB SSD instead of the 64GB. Both have the latest - ivy bridge - i5's. The technical specs of these tablets seem the same as the U.S. ones but ours are $50.00 cheaper, but with the keyboard case instead of the seperate keyboard and case.

The W700-6670 has the i3 instead of the i5 processor. It is an older Sandy Bridge Processor - like most of Europe is getting - rather than the faster ivy bridge i3 that the US is getting. I hope this information helps as I was in the same position as you are 3 weeks ago. Any more questions - just ask.

Thanks again happyboy! I agree Acer's PR is astonishly terrible and it seems even they don't even know what they are packaging. Acer really needs to be more coordinated.

I also noticed the 2 versions that are $100 dollars more expensive. I wonder what is included with those?
