get port 01 : port reset error!! The bios is R01-A2S3. The hard drive and sometimes the DVD is not recognized. I have changed the cable on both with the same results.

There is a possibility that this could have a hardware issue if both your hard drive and optical drive are experiencing problems. If you want to update the BIOS we do show R01.B0 posted 10/08/2009. I've provided a direct link to the download as a courtesy to save extra navigation. Smiley Happy

For now I just changed out the board to a new one of the same kind.

Both my hard drive and DVD work fine now.

You can visit our support site and go through the list of units to find your system. Once you do it will populate the drivers and other information for that system.
