my acer S7-391 mouse shows it is paired, but it doesn't work. any ideas?

Thanks for the information.
How long have you had your notebook, is this a mouse that shipped with it?
- Have you checked the batteries to make sure they are not the culprit? There may be enough energy to provide a little power to the mouse, but not enough to do much more.

Its now working. I changed batteries as suggested, but it still didn't work. I added a new device, even though it was already showing as paired, but that worked. Thanks for your help.
