Keyboard randomly acts as if the ctrl key is being pressed

aspire one d270, randomly when i was in a browser or writing a document in word the keyboard acted as if the control key was being pressed, and opened the shortcuts that are designated to each key. I wasn't able to get the keyboard to go back to normal so i tried restarting my computer, but it does not work. i already disable the sticky keys.pls help.

You could try some light cleaning, maybe a paperclip under the edge to make sure that the key isn't physically stuck. As you've already disabled sticky keys, I don't know that I have any more obvious suggestions. It could be that the keyboard has failed and may need to be serviced.
