Why does my Acer Aspire Switch 10 SW5-012-14V4 keep cutting out like it's disconnecting?

I LIKE MY ACER SWITCH 10 CONVERTIBLE LAPTOP BUT IT HAS TO MANY ISSUES,WHENEVER I MOVE IT WHETHER I'M WATCHING A MOVIE OR ON A WEBSITE OF ANY SORT OR DOING ANYTHING ON IT IN PARTICULAR.MY ACER ASPIRE SWITCH 10 WILL JUST GO BACK TO THE DESKTOP OR JUST FLUCTUATE AND I HAVE GO BACK TO THE FILE PAGE AND OPEN UP MY MUSIC OR MOVIES AGAIN AND START ALL OVER.FOR A MAJOR BRAND LIKE ACER WHO ARE SUPPOSSEDLY NUMBER 3 IN THE WORLD IN TERMS OF LAPTOPS AND TABLETS THIS IS DAMAGING FOR THEM AND SURELY NOT GOOD ENOUGH IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS.I'M SERIOUSLY THINKING OF SENDING THIS BACK AND GETTING A REFUND.AND YES I'VE DONE A FACTORY RESET MANY TIMES IN THE 5 MONTHS THAT I'VE HAD IT SO I'VE GIVEN IT EVERY CHANCE TO WORK LIKE HOW I WOULD EXPECT IT TO.I WONDER IF ANY OTHER ACER CUSTOMERS IN THE COMMUNITY HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES LIKE MINE?IT'S VERY DEPRESSING AS WELL AS ANNOYING.AND ACER SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT ISSUES LIKE THIS BEFORE THEY SEND THERE PRODUCTS ONTO THE MARKETPLACE.IT COULD BE A SOFTWARE ISSUE BUT WHY SHOULD I NOW BE PENALISED I DO WITHOUT MY CONVERTIBLE LAPTOP NOW FOR WEEKS?ACER I'M AFRAID THIS JUST ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH AND IT SEEMS MANY OF YOUR ACER ASPIRE'S HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME SORT OF ISSUES ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

    Milt, is this your first experience with Windows 8 on a tablet or convertible?

     

    If so, do you realize that there are places on the screen that will take you back to the Start screen, desktop, or another application window -- or that there is a Windows button on the right side of the tablet that will also revert to the Start screen? If you need to learn more about these, look up "tool bar", "Charms bar", and "application switching" in any 8.1 user's guide or tutorial.

     

    If you are aware of these things, then you probably should try exchanging your Switch 10 for another model to see if it's a hardware or OS problem. But, it's always your option to return your unit and to try to find a machine that satisfies you more.

     

    Also, Milt, do you realize that posting in all caps is considered SHOUTING (unless you have a visual impairment), and usually won't bring you the answers you're seeking?

    Thankyou for your advice but you're giving obvioud answers,i've decided that i'll be getting a refund the acer aspire switch 10 just isn't worth the hassle anymore.Many customers have suffered witj this model.I've recently read about other Acer laptops also that are having similar issues like i have been for the past 5 months.It's just not good enough by Acer.And this is a surefire way to lose customers.
