I LIKE MY ACER SWITCH 10 CONVERTIBLE LAPTOP BUT IT HAS TO MANY ISSUES,WHENEVER I MOVE IT WHETHER I'M WATCHING A MOVIE OR ON A WEBSITE OF ANY SORT OR DOING ANYTHING ON IT IN PARTICULAR.MY ACER ASPIRE SWITCH 10 WILL JUST GO BACK TO THE DESKTOP OR JUST FLUCTUATE AND I HAVE GO BACK TO THE FILE PAGE AND OPEN UP MY MUSIC OR MOVIES AGAIN AND START ALL OVER.FOR A MAJOR BRAND LIKE ACER WHO ARE SUPPOSSEDLY NUMBER 3 IN THE WORLD IN TERMS OF LAPTOPS AND TABLETS THIS IS DAMAGING FOR THEM AND SURELY NOT GOOD ENOUGH IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS.I'M SERIOUSLY THINKING OF SENDING THIS BACK AND GETTING A REFUND.AND YES I'VE DONE A FACTORY RESET MANY TIMES IN THE 5 MONTHS THAT I'VE HAD IT SO I'VE GIVEN IT EVERY CHANCE TO WORK LIKE HOW I WOULD EXPECT IT TO.I WONDER IF ANY OTHER ACER CUSTOMERS IN THE COMMUNITY HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES LIKE MINE?IT'S VERY DEPRESSING AS WELL AS ANNOYING.AND ACER SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT ISSUES LIKE THIS BEFORE THEY SEND THERE PRODUCTS ONTO THE MARKETPLACE.IT COULD BE A SOFTWARE ISSUE BUT WHY SHOULD I NOW BE PENALISED I DO WITHOUT MY CONVERTIBLE LAPTOP NOW FOR WEEKS?ACER I'M AFRAID THIS JUST ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH AND IT SEEMS MANY OF YOUR ACER ASPIRE'S HAVE BEEN HAVING SOME SORT OF ISSUES ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.
