Do I put isflash.bin and InsydeFlash.exe on a bootable USB drive and boot from it?

If you are able to boot your computer amd login into windows you may directly run it from inside windows. The BIOS is "
InsydeH20 BIOS".

There are many BIOS update released for this computer from V 1.02 to V2.11To flash BIOS v 1.02, At the command prompt, type Q5Wx8102.bat and press Enter to update BIOS.Ensure the AC power adaptor is connected to the power source.Do not disconnect the AC power adapterPerform the following to use the DOS Flash Utility:Copy the DOS mode flash files to the USB HDD.Press F2 during boot to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
Select Boot menu to modify the boot priority order.Move the USB HDD to position
Insert the USB HDD and reboot the computer.Enter the BIOS folder.
