how do i find my license number? they won't let me download my driver updates for Acer Aspire notebo
I bought a lexar 32 gb flashdrive for my Aspire oneD270 notebook. My computer won't recognize the flashdrive. The lexar guy said i need to download new drivers from Acer. They won't let me do so without a license number. I can't ask Acer because my notebook is out of warranty.

by the way, have you checked if the USB flash drive is listed under Disk management?
press windows key logo + r
type
diskmgmt.msc
check here if it's listed, if so, probably you need to format your USB flash drive or assign a letter.

Ironfly - i think my brother talked me through checking if it was in driver management i don't think it is. also, the rep for the company said it was all preloaded - he's the one who told me to check with ACER
