Help V5 551G wont turn ON/black screen

Guys need your help. I have a 2 year old acer v5 551G and suddenly it won't turn ON. Did all the power cycle and board discharge but still it does not turn ON. Thanks

When you say it wont turn on I assume you mean no power at all? If this is the case have you tried to check if the power adaptor is working?

Yes sir, we have checked with the source power and all is OK. we tried to opened the circuit and cleaned the system. It then turns ON but when I shut it down it won't turn ON again. The procedure continues. I open the circuit clean all the system and then it turns ON with hard start. NO problem is detected when the Laptop is ON. I tried to back my files up so i can restore the system(Alt +F10) but when I restarted it, the screen never goes back and again when i turns it OFF it won't turn ON. Any help is highly appreciated.
