ACER Laptop Model AS5742 warranty service issue

Dear Support,

Kindly note that I when I gave my laptop to your service Center on 9-11-2012, it was under warranty. It was going to expire on 30-11-2012. I would like to write some points below:

1. I submitted my laptop with POP proof at your service center on 9-11-2012 forrepair (before 21 days of expiry of the warranty).


2. I wanted to extend the warranty that day only, but service center Engineer Mr. Abdullah assured me that it will be done when i come next to pick up my laptop.

 

3. I called up to the service center on monday and they informed me that the engineer who is testing my laptop have not come, and suggested me to call next day.

 

4.On next thursday on 16/11/2012 i called up again and asked about my laptop. There some Madam told me that part order have been placed and they haven't recieved my part and told me that she will call me in the afternoon, but she did not call me.

 

5. I called again on next day, they told me that still part have not come, I asked them that my warranty is going to expire on 30-11-2012 and i am worried about it, so please let me know if we need to extend it now, they told me dont worry we will take care if it.

 

6. on 22/11/2012 I called up again, then Madam told me that POP is not there and because of it my case is still pending and they are unable to get the part. I informed them that i have given my POP on day of submission of the laptop but they told me to send it again in email as its misplaced. I immidiately emailed them the POP on 22-11-2012. And got the confirmation for the same from their engineer.

 

7. From that day onwards i continuously kept on calling for status of my laptop but they used to tell me that part have not come yet.

 

8. On 25th Swapna madam told me that since they have migrated in new system of acer my old case will be transfered in new system and asked me to give her 2 days time she will get my problem resolved.

 

9. I again kept on calling but dint get proper response.

 

10. On 30-11-2012 I again called swapna madam, she told me my POP is required again as she is not able to find it in the system. I immediately sent her an email with attached POP.

 

11. On the same day i went to meet her and Gave her the cheque of Rs.4500/- against the warranty extension in the name of S.D. Computronix and she gave me receipt of the same which is attached with this email.

 

12. From that day Swapna Madam dint come on phone he colleague used to tell me that she is on other phone or in meeting or have gone out and will call me in few hours, But i never used to get a call.

 

13. So on december 11-12-2012 I wrote to Acer banglore HO, with the cc to sdcomputronix and i got a reply from her that they had recieved the Motherboard and replaced but its still not powering on and for that she needs to log the complain again but system is not accepting the case as the laptop is out of warranty since 30-11-2012.

 

14. On 12-12-2012 she gave me the same reply, and told me that she working hard for my laptop.

Dear Swapna Madam, I really appreciate that you are working hard for my laptop. But my work is suffering due to delay caused by your service center.

Note: Dear Acer support team, kindly tell me who is responsible for all these delay.

    Dear Rajeev Gupta 

     

     As  discussed earlier .  the POP given while the laptop was given was with incorrect serial no on lpatop  , so that was the only reason for the deay . The parts was rejected becuase of that .

     

     THe warranty extended warranty pack is already delivered to you . 

     

     The compalin stands resolved .
