Transfering photos from iPhone 4s to Acer ES1-711-P14W laptop

Hi Community, I just bought an Acer ES1-711-P14W and, for the life of me, cannot figure out how to get the pictures on my iPhone 4s onto the new laptop. I installed abPhoto onto the phone and connected the phone to the laptop but neither device is prompting me to do the upload.

I have an Acer ID and  I'm signed in on both devices.

I'm certain I'm doing something incorrectly but I can't seem to figure this out.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Did you install iTunes on the laptop? I think you need to install it to get the Apple Mobile Device Service to work.

    Here's Acer support for abPhoto

I don't know much about iPhone. The only i in my house is me.

There are two main features for abPhoto.

One is that you can auto-backup the photos on your iPhone and the other is you can browse your photos on the laptop.

You can follow the steps as follows.

    On Windows:

    1. Launch abPhoto

    2. Click Edit->Settings->Device, check the laptop is your Personal Cloud Storage

    3. Click File->Import photos/Import Folder, you can import your photos from Windows

    On iOS:

    1. Launch abPhoto

    2. Tap Settings, enable Auto back to personal cloud storage

Then the photos will be auto-backed up to your laptop after taking pictures and you also can browse the photos from your laptop.

    Hope it helps.
