    Hello Diane,

The graphic boards stated in my previous reply are compatible with your desktop (small form factor).

It's very difficult to find a graphic board - low profil (not eMachines or Acer) for this one.

    About the price:

    VG.PCPT4.002 is the less expensive.

    VG.PCPT4.261 is the more expensive.

You can request a quote from your eMachines store by phone.

    Note:

    P/N: PT.NCAP2.001

Model: eMachines EL1850-UR11P (graphic chipset Intel GMA X4500HD)

    OS: Windows 7-64 bits

    Power Supply Unit: 220W

    Hello Diane,

I'm very surprised! It is too big. Could you give me more details? Length, width of the PCB or bracket?

If it's the bracket, you must change it by HDMI/DVI LP bracket or VGA LP bracket.

I have already installed Sapphire Low Profile in an Aspire X (similar product) - small format form desktop without any problems.

Hi again. Yes, the bracket is too big. It did come with 2 other brackets...one is a VGA and the other is a DVI. Even if we take off the large bracket the other 2 do not look like they will fit. There are 2 "outlets" on the large bracket...one for the monitor plug and the other one I don't know. Also, on the back of the computer where these "outlets" will be,once the computer cover is open, the opening is welded shut. I was going to ship it back but now I don't know.

    Hello Diane,

Wait. I'll give you all instructions to install the new graphic board tomorrow.

Could you give me the P/N of the Sapphire graphic board?

    Laurent.

    Hello Diane,

If you have always the graphic board, watch this video to change the full bracket by both low profil brackets (similar board).

Hi Laurent. Thanks so much for the video. I now see how easy it is. The problem now is the expansion slots on the back of the computer are "welded" closed. My husband is tryong to pop them out...so far with no success but he will keep trying. You have been a tremendous help. Take care, DianeCat Very Happy
