Hi IronFly,
thank you for help me
the value for property "ID hardware" is USB\DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR_FAILURE
what it means?
0 -
it means that the USB description is corrupted.
try this:
on device manager, right click dispositivo USB sconosciuto and choose uninstall, reboot and check if the error is still present.
if you installed any AMD chipset drivers, try to uninstall it too (they are part of VGA drivers)

have you installed any AMD vga driver?
if so, uninstall it and then download this from Acer website:
and install it

I tried unistall AMD Radeon HD 8280 from device manager and double click on it and click on "unistall".
Then install new driver
but webcam not work.
then I tried update the driver, now I have version 13.152.1.3000 for AMD Radeon HD 8280.
Is the video card the problem?
