a month ago I succeed in pairing the keyboard with the tab. this morning the keyboard didn't work so I decided to removed it. then I tried to connected it again with the tab by pairing but failed (I turned on the keyboard, it blinked twice with blue colour but then turned off, so that when the tab discovered it and I pressed pair, the cannot connect to each other). any help are much appreciated

Are you sure the keyboard battery is charged ? That "blink twice and turn off" sounds like a low battery.

I am charging it. the problems still exists. maybe because the keyboard does not show any light indicator during the charging except for the first time (at the begining) of charging. Is the keyboard should show light indicator during charging?

There was a Windows update recently that affected access to the bluetooth keyboard on my W700. I had to remove the entry in Device Manager AND remove it from Devices and Printers. Once I had done both I was able to re-pair it and it's working normally again.

No keyboard shows on the device manager nor device and printer. the problem is getting worse now. because tonight when I turned it on, the display was blank and black and showed setup utility screen, and I just pressed windows boot mnager, then ok,ok, but unfortunately I couldn't proceed to the next step....so frustated with this iconia...just bought it at the middle of february and 4 days later off and the service centre installed the os and now the other problems raise...omg
