My Acer netbook runs Windows XP and I'd like to upgrade the OS. I checked compatibility with Windows Vista 32b and the report says it will run on my netbook.  Does Acer offer any help for this?

As far as I am aware, Acer can only provide support for the OS that shipped with your machine. Consequently, they have only provided drivers for XP 32bit. While Vista may run, it is not guaranteed that drivers will be available for all of your hardware.
