whats mean by No RCD available for the entered Serial Number
i need the recovery media..but when i enter the serial number of my laptop it said No RCD available for the entered Serial Number...what actually mean by this? and i need the recovery media as soon as possible because i need to done my assignment.

yes..it cannot boot because my laptop do not have the recovery media...n i already try many solution but still my laptop cannot boot due to do not have the recovery media..by the way..thank you for your response.. i hope you can help

Are you from the US?
because the SNID recovery search, works only for US market devices.
