AG3-605-UR20 eRecovery failure, Hard disk locked, no partition

None of the eRecovery discs I created will re-install windows 8. My hard drive died and I sent it in under warranty for repair. They returned the computer with a blank disk. After the installation begins it asks what country I'm living. Next it tells me to refresh or recover. Whatever I choose, I get a message about the hard drive needs to be unlocked or the hard drive isn't partitioned.

How do I unlock the hard drive for eRecovery to reinstall Windows?

check in BIOS is HDD has frozen password.

press DEL to enter BIOS and follow this instructions.

if windows re-install fails, probably you need to wipe completly the HDD:

i suggest you to create a bootable USB or CD media from Hiren's boot cd .iso
    http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/
unzip the zip file, burn the .iso file to CD or USB pen/external HDD
then boot from the burned media and choose mini-xp from the options, once in the desktop, double click "command prompt"

    then type
    diskpart
    then on diskpart type
    list disk
take note of the correct disk ID to erase
    type
    select disk x
(x is the ID of your HDD to erase)
    type
    clean
    type exit

    shutdown Mini Xp

now boot from your recovery media

    I'm not an Acer employee.

Sorry, your suggestions did not work. The Bios has no password. I cleaned the disk under diskpart and still had a locked/unpartitioned drive after rebooting with my eRecovery USB drive. I noticed "recover" "Format" "Automount" and "create" commands. Might they help?
