in past the laptop work quiet good when the NVIDIA GPU is used the fan speed increased. Today is the same but I don't know whether it have the same speed as before.

I already replace the thermal compund using artic cooling MX - 4 and check whheteher dust block the ventilation and nothing in there.

is there anything i can do?

I'm live in indonesia should i take my laptop to service place or it's perfectly normal?

nvidia temperature seems ok, CPU is a little high but nothing to warning about.

have you tried without the cooling pad?

are you sure that the cooling pad is good for your notebook?

i mean if it will help the air to flow in a good way.

I think the temps are normal, maybe the CPU is quite high but nothing to worry about. I've got Acer V3 with i5 3230m and the temps when i am playing very demanding games oscillates between 78-85 C. GPU seems fine to me.

I have tried playing Resident evil 6 (Biohazard) before the game run quiet good on my PC which has older chipset with simillar performance (GT 440 Core 2 Quad Q9400).

when I run this game on my laptop it's ok for the first 5 minutes going laggy afterthat and the prossecor shutted itself down (I guess it's reaching TJUNCTION temperature)

it happend once so I uninstalled the game. that the first time I realize something was off on my notebook.

it run just fine I can still play Dota 2 with moderate setting without hit 90C then again with colling pad.

well my colling pad seems running slow and I'm planning to get better one.

    oh yeah I more thing

my laptop sometimes frezzed it doesn't run any game or high demmand apps in fact it was when I left it downloading something. the hardisk led were turn off and the laptop isn't responding. I use cooling pad in Air conditioner room when I left it.

Freezes on downloading are not related to temperature in my opinion, it looks more like a sleep or hybernating state.

about temperature, can be also that the CPU fan is not raising rpm in a good way, maybe you can give it a check with a proper application:

It's sounds like your hard drive is damaged. Check it for errors, run chkdsk, download Cristal Disk Info and post your results.

as i supposed, not an HDD problem.

i would check the power option on your system and maybe disable hybernating or HDD power off after some minutes.

    windows key logo + x

    click on power options

then on the left side, click on change when the computer sleeps

and click on change advanced power settings

try to increase the minutes before sleep or completly disable it on HDD.
