My Aspire E11 only has a white screen when turned on, what can I do? I have only had this computer for a little over a month. Thanks!

if you get a white screen without seeing the Acer logo, i would contact the Acer support service, probably you have an hardware issue.

Could you provide some further description? Do you hear any sound? Any beeps when computer is booting up? Is it still under warranty? Generally, if there is a white screen it's an issue with the display adapter.
Have you tried hooking it to an external monitor? Find some cables and try that.

No sound, nothing. I will try hooking it up to another monitor and see if that helps. I bought it on Amazon, and can not return it after January 31.
