C120 Projector display not smooth

My new C120 projector's display is not flowing, or you could say the refresh rate is low. It's not only the video but also in the desktop the mouse moves slowly. Simultaneously on my laptop display I can see the movement smooth as normal. What may be causing this?

I'm using it with an Acer Aspire One netbook, with Windows 7 Ultimate installed with all updates also on the AMD Radeon 6250 video card. I have installed the projector's software which runs automatically each time I plug it in and sets the display to 800x600i have tried all display options already  but I also tried all other display modes. None works.

And when I go to Acer support it says both my SNID and Serial numbers "does not appear to be valid."

What can I do?

Netbooks are not really meant to run high-end things and designed for long battery life due to the nature of the parts in the unit itself (low power consumption parts).

Which netbook are you using specifically to connect this C120 to?

When you are displaying the image through the projector are you having it display on just the projector, or both the netbook and the projector?

How are you connecting the projector to the netbook, through USB?

Maybe you can help me.  When I connect my Acer  C120 to my laptop it projects the word acer onto the wall; but how do I manuver so that what is on my laptop screen projects to the wall?

    Thanks

    Hi

I gather you need USB 3 for smooth flow.

My notebook only has 2 so video choppy.

    Static display fine.

Haven't tried it on my desktop usb 3 yet.

I am having the same problem with the c120 video displaying slightly lagged and choppy. This is through a usb 2.0 port. The cpu on the pc is not labouring so I can only assume it has something to do with the port speed not being 3.0. I will have to send it to a shop and have them do trials on a machine with a 3.0 port.
