Aspire E5-521-219J Touchpad looses gestures & scrolling after sleep

I have noticed that after my laptop sleeps, and is woken back up 80% of the time I loose trackpad features, and I need to restart to regain. Reinstalled drivers from support site, did not help.

This is a common 8.1 driver problem.

I figured there might be a bug. My workaround for now is a taskbar shortcut to the driver install folder I saved. if I experience the issue, I just reinstall the driver (takes 10 seconds) from the shortcut and good to go without a restart of the laptop.
