Hoping you can help. Since last Windows Update 16 Jan 2015, on reboot my screen is stretched.

This screen shot shows the problem, I believe. Is there a driver I can download to fix it? I tried a restore to before the update, but still no luck.

    Hello,

    1- Open the Device Manager.

2- In Display Adapter, you'll find a yellow exclamation mark.

3- Right click on it and select Properties.

    4- Click on Details tab.

5- Select Hardware Id's. Copy and paste here the first line of Value.

Could you give me the first ten characters of the AIO serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.

    France

    Windows 7 32 or 64 bits?

Where do I find " AIO serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten. ?

You'll find this information on the label sticked behind the AIO.

    Thanks!  PWSEY02025

    Is this OK?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit (taken from the info on label on front of my comp!) Sorry I'm a bit nervous about all this stuff!

PWSEY02025 means PW.SEY02.025 (P/N). I don't find this model. In which country do you live?

You're being very kind Smiley Happy

OK, I downloaded it, and tried to follow instructions on how to install, but all I've got is a list of files within the zip file. When I right clicked, it didn't offer to install.

Where do I locate the files to allow install?

I'll try not to be as high-maintenance again for a long, long time if you can help me reach the final stages.

Otherwise, I'm seriously considering a re-install back to factory settings Smiley Sad

The weather here in NZ is very hot, so I'll send some warm air your way if I can Smiley Happy

    Hello,

I take a plane and I come! You live in a beautiful country! Smiley Very Happy

    Most seriously,

In the VGA Intel zipped folder:

    1- Double click on PV.15.16.9.64.2082 (Windows 7-64)

    2- Unzip the WinVista7_64.zip

3- Double click on Setup.exe and follow the instructions

Could you re-check the first ten characters of the serial number? I found  a model with PWSEY02028 but not PWSEY02025.

    Note:

This morning, the temperature was -4°C and now 4°C. It is not too cold.
