    After update my E2 (not rooted) was blocked total,"no command",see above.

    Now i am happy to find a way back.

    Taking out the battery and after some minutes replace it.

    Hard reset, start button +volume up failed

    After several trials i use start button+volume down.

    This helps.

    Pushing again the start button shows a new menue, in chinese or something else.

    Selection with volume down possible, but what.

    Selecting the top by volume up the E2 starts a test program through the hole system.

    After ghis test it was possible to shut down the E2 with the power button.

    Start again with old system before update.

    All data back.

    Now i use the mobile without problems and without thr new update.

    Hope this can help a little bit.

    I unpacked the zip and viewed the 'updater-script' file, it appears to leave it on 4.2.2

    Problem solved! Bought a Samsung S5 mini duos. So far so good and you can get screen protectors and cases galore xx

    I did the same. I have sent a message to someone in Acer who has been helpful in the past to see if he can assist here by telling us the contents of the upgrade and also where people who are having issues with the OTA update or the file update can go to for help.
