V5 internet disconnection after every 15mins even after service

Bought this V5 laptop on 27-Nov 2012.

Encountered the internet disconnection problem since day1.

Initially, i thought was due to my ISP, verified and confirmed it was not. And, I didn't encounter same problem in my old laptop.

Within 2 mths, already sent for 3X service, yet still facing the same problem.

I faced the same problem in the 1st trial after service, even though ACER claimed that they tested continuouly for 3 days.  Really disappointed with the service. Currently, my laptop is still pending at the service center for service.

    I recommend you download the newly posted Wireless driver version 10.0.0.217.v3 from our website. This driver was released to resolve wireless instability. For additional information, you can refer to our support article http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27675.

    The service center already downloaded this new driver. They said they tested it and did not encounter any problem after downloaded with this new driver. But, I still encountered the same problem during the 1st trial after collection. The internet will disconnect after ~15mins and it couldn't recover by itself. The signal strength is still strong but it's in limit connectivity. I feedback my issue via email and someone from the customer service department (call centre) replied " We tested your laptop for 3-day and it was in good working condition. And, requested me to take a video to prove to them". Out of anger & frustration, I sent my laptop for service the next day on 16-Jan 2013 which will be the 3rd service. The service center witnessed the issue himself after ran for ~15mins. I questioned him, how they concluded it's in good working condition in the 1st place???

    I'm very dissatisfied with the services provided - the wireless adapter was being replaced twice and the driver software was being refreshed, yet the problem still exists. I don't have any confident in this laptop anymore. I demanded a full refund. Hope you guys could understand!!! It's been a week, and I've yet to receive the diagnose status of my laptop. Sigh...great disappointment!!! Look forward to your prompt reply...Thanks!

    Already more than a week at the service center.

    Could someone pls kindly expedite and advise the status?

    The case ID is 437863Y and the last 2 related case IDs are 371369Y & 404188Y.

    I really don't understand why can't ACER replace a new set since I've been ecnountering the same problem after the 2 services. Hope ACER could give an accptable answer ASAP.
