The console page does not open

When I click on the icon at the bottom of my screen, the blue page opens, I enter my password and pressing the arrow after several seconds apprarait a message that says:The window Home Server Console experienced a problem with a feature during the previous attempt to open it, il the problem persist contact the product support.

 

And I still have this problem, do you know how I can fix it.
my server is H341 buy in 2009

    There are three ways to launch Windows Home Server Console - Windows Start menu, double-clicking the Windows Home Server icon, or right-clicking the Windows Home Server icon.

    To log onto the home server using Windows Start menu: 1 On your computer, click Start > Programs > Windows Home Server Console.

    2 Enter the administrator password, then click the Next arrow.

     

    To log onto the home server using Windows Home Server icon:

    1 Right-click on the Windows Home Server icon in the system tray, then select Windows Home Server Console from the pop-up menu.

    Or,

    Double-click the Windows Home Server icon in the system tray.

    2 Enter the administrator password, then click the Next arrow.

    Yes I read it,

    What I want to know is not how open the console, I open all the week for 3 years, that I have this server. But what I want to know is why this message appears and how to fix this problem?

     

    but after all that you say the console will not open there is a message that appears as I said:
