are you trying to reset using ALT+F10 at boot?

if not, try it, this will start Acer erecovery and reinstall the OS from scratch.

boot normally, once in black desktop with pointer, press left CTRL+shift+Esc keys (or left CTRL+Alt+Del keys, then select task manager), this will open the task manager, then click on File, run new task  and type explorer.exe

see if this will turn on your desktop.

if not on run new task, type  devmgmt.msc , this will boot up the device manager, click on display adapters, right click on your display adapater and choose uninstall.

    then try to boot normally.

    ALT+TAB?

if you press F2 at boot, can you enter BIOS?

Alt + Tab also don't work.

I can enter to the BIOS.

Can you download Hiren's boot cd and burn the iso file inside the zip to a cd or USB pen, boot from that selecting linux parted magic, then run partition editor and take a screenshot of that and post it here.
