Need help on Acer E700 Issues

Hi People, I am facing few issues with my Acer E700 trio smartphone, Recently i bought this acer liquid trio and since day one i am facing big issues like: 1. When i connect device to WIFI, i automatically get disconnected from my telecom connection but the signal strength shown is 100% and callers get 'Out of Coverage' or 'Phone switched off' update, kindly help on this. 2. WHen i tried to record Video, it did not record the voice, only Video was captured in Mute mode. I searched Setting as well but no solutions. 3. I am unable to screenshot, tried many methods including third party app but no luck. So far these many problems only, PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS. Thanks for your help in advance. Regards, Pravin

    1) you already found the wifi thread.....still waiting for an Acer fix

    2) strange issue, you are the first to report it, i don't have the E700 right now but have you tapped on the gear icon on the top let of the screen (on portrait mode) there is an option to mute or not a video (i would check on my father E700 when it came home)

    3) long press volume down + power button

    I'm not an Acer employee.

    I see similar issues:

     

    I bought this Acer E700 trio smartphone recently (India), When i connect device to 3g on SIM3, I'm automatically disconnected from my telecom netowork connection (on Sim1 and Sim2) but the signal strength shown is 100% on scree however the callers get 'Out of Coverage' or 'Phone switched off', sometimes its even worse that even by having the SIM3 offline, I see such issues. 

     

    power cycling, manually offline and bringing it back on line helps.

     

    And one more weird thing is that I dont see an option "software update" under About > Phone.
