Hello. My uncle bought for his wife from UK the Aspire E3-112-C7LY. It had inside windows 8.1 64b. But it was difficult for her, so he bought a Windows 7 Home Edition. I did a disk deep delete and installed them. But... no drivers. I couldnt find drivers for USB ports and many others. Any help with that? If no luck with this option, how can i get a recovery disk? Because i cleaned totally the disk (delete also the recovery parition on it, been on GPT so i can install the Win7).

Also while in win7, i get a lot of BSOD...

i suspected an hardware issue from the start and now i have the confirmation (after your windows 8.1 installation).

i can't tell you where the issue is (i can bet to a ram issue), too much things to narrow, but i suggest you to contact the Acer support service.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
