Liquid gallant duo software updated this week. I think it was around the 16th of January. Since then I'm having some problems. Stock mail application no longer syncs email with exchange server. I just get an error. Calendar and contacts sync OK.

 

I'm also getting an error with some Google play applications like Instapaper.

Everything was working fine until the system update. Haven't changed anything else.

Anyone having similar problems?

    Google de-activated the option for Exchange Sync method for new devices - it seems like the update of the software makes your phone a new device in your Google account. If you're using it for GMail. If you're syncing against a real Exchange server... that ought to still work, I think. Maybe set up the account again (maybe the exchange server is refusing the mobile phone because it changed?- check with the server admin if such could be the case)

     

    As for apps, check for updates, or uninstall and reinstall them, that solves most of the problems.
