There is a bluetooth software and I paired the laptop with my mobile but when I try to send files there's something that doesn't allow it
Do this laptop got a bult-in bluetooth adapter?

On the 1s video: I found the bluetooth button in pc settings>pc devices>bluetooth because I have no wireless button
2nd video: in device manager there is bluetooth not bluetooth radios but under network adpaters I have the same stuff like in the video

I think you have made a mistake at the end of the S/N LXRMX02512.
Have you solved your BT issue on the Aspire V3-571G?

Yes mine is ok now I figured out thanks for the help.
On the 5750G aspire you told me to give you the first 10 numbers and I gave you those, you want to give you the whole serial number? and under the S/N there is a SNID with 11 numbers

The format of the laptop part number is like this:
LXRMX02512 --> LX.RMX02.512 (the first ten characters of the S/N)
but .512 is a bizzare ending. I don't find this model!
