how do I replace power switch on aspire SA85

after a power outage to my house my aspire SA85 will not switch on. the green LED on power switch does not light. Any Ideas?

Hello,
Do this test:
1- Plug your desktop into a socket block with a switch.
2- Swith on the socket block and wait about 1 minute.
3- In the same time, switch off the socket block and look at the green led.
Normally, you'll see the green led light up briefly.
