    • Acer E15-511-P0BM slows down when plugged in

    Whenever my Acer Aspire E15 laptop is plugged in, it slows down considerably. As soon as you take the plug out it works perfectly fine. I have tried everything but still no result. How can I fix this problem?

      Do you check the output voltage of the AC adpater?

      The output voltage of the AC Adaptor is 19V. It is the original charger which came with the laptop. As soon as charging reaches 70ish%, the laptop works perfectly fine when plugged in. Please help

      How would I check that? I'm not really good with computers

      Hello,

       

      You disconnect the power supply from your latop and you measure the output voltage (DC) with a voltmeter or multimeter.
