Navigation "keys" problem on TAB 8 A1-840FHD

Hi, I just bougt a tablet A1-840FHD-19S6

working fine , just several times a day , the "navigation keys" stops working

only solution to solve this issue  is to lock and unlock the tablet

    I've had exactly the same problem with my A1-840 with the only solution to lock and unlock. Its getting very annoying now.

    as i mentioned in a previous post, this seems like a general bug!, i cannot send the tablet to acer support since i bought it via amazon, and there's no such acer support in my country .. that' why i'm absolutely very disapointed with ****this**** acer product a1-840

    i did as you said, a factory reset but the problem continues i also updated the tablet with no luck, i have purchased the tablet via amazon and have it sent to my country Bolivia, so i'm guessing this is just some brick i have just bought!!!

     

    The tablet as beign not responsive with the touch screen is useless, until now i've been a happy acer costumer, but next time i will think it more than once!!

     

    Other people have to know that this is bad product!!

    hello!!! how's the battery life of your tab8? mine is disappointing.. I can't get 4hours of straight web browsing.. your reply would be really appreciated. thanks!

    Hi

    I did'nt try out 4 hours of surfing , but just using it and leave it in standby , the battery is realy disappointing
