Brand new Acer B326HK I got in the mail today. Couple of questions..

I been spending hours trying to figure out this weird ghosting thing going on while I game. Its like a strange shadow around objects that moves across the screen fast.. Only noticeable in games with movement. Kinda of distracting IMO..

I am using Display Port and set to 1.2

Windows says its @ 60hz

Is this just part of the monitor? If so, disappointing for a gamer like me.. No chance at fixing it?

I have seen something about "reverse ghosting, extreme ghosting" and something about "Overdrive" could be doing it?

What is this "Overdrive"? Way to turn it off?

Can you tell me what graphics card you use for this monitor.

    GTX 780 Superclocked.

    335.23 drivers.

I assume only way to get 60hz in 4k is the display port right? Thought about trying different cable, but no way if not 60hz.

Your graphics card should handle this, but did you also installed the official driver for the Acer B326HK monitor.?

I'm assuming that you are using OS Windows, because for a Mac PC, there is no driver.

All I find on Acer website is a download that has a ICC profile file and a System Information text file.. If those are it, what do I do with them?

The ICC does nothing when trying to open..

Please tell me your mother language, I will look up the location of the driver.

Also, do I need to know your OS Windows version.

I am starting the process of replacing it.

After hours of research, I come to notice I am not the only one with this issue. Its just how the cheap TN panels are.

So after the ghosting and the lack of colors, I desided to return it and look for a good IPS or VA monitor..

My review: Good 4k video/photo monitor. But for gaming, no. Ghosting and lack of color detail turns me away.

    Thanks anyway!
