What a disgrace Acer are!!

I emailed the so called tec support several days ago about a problem with my monitor, AND NOTHING! They promise to get back to you within 24h, all I wanted to know whether my monitor has a standby mode or not before I take it back to where I bought it from.  Bloody Acer support is not worth the web space it takes up!  Acer support is a disgrace!

    Ditto here.  I asked a question 22/11/2012 and today (20/1/2013) have not received the promised reply, hence I am trying this forum.
