Windows 8.1 on Aspire M5-583P now external monitor does not work? Any ideas?

I upgraded to Windows 8.1 and have the lates video drivers on my Aspire M5-583P-6428 and now my external monitor is not being detected. Any help would be great.

Did you press the keys [Fn]+[F5]?

Yes. It says my computer can't project another screen. Try reinstall video drivers or tying a new video card.

Have you reinstalled Acer Launch Manager?

No I will try that.

I believe my computer has all the latest driver updates. I did not see Launch Manager, unless that is the VAG Driver. Every drive I have tried to download from Acer it says i have a newer version on my computer.
