    cl0k,

I am sorry to hear you are having this problem with Netflix after updating to KitKat. I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the update to see if this resolves the problem. If you search the internet, you will see it seems to be a popular problem when updating to KitKat. From what I have read a reinstall of the kitkat can fix the problem or I have also read people go into the settings for the Netflix app and clear the cache and data and seems to also work.

If the reinstall or the cache and data clear does not work, I would recommend doing some additional research on the internet to see what other solutions people have found that fixed their problem.

The updates are being rolled out in stages, has yours notified you of the update and the install fails, or has it not yet been offered?

Wow, and that's the answer is it. Tried all possible solutions to no avail. Considering I have only just bought this tablet to watch Netflix, probably like many others its very poor. Bad show! ACER Think we might need a bit of public pressure. I see someone has put a video on YouTube showing the problem. Now maybe it's  time to share all over Facebook. People need to be aware of the lack of support once your money has been parted with. A once loyal customer (x2 Acer Desktops  x2 A3 tablets) - no more if this is not sorted double quick time. Bad.

My answer to firuzmaster was in regards to the Kitkat update, not the problems with Netflix. I believe Netflix is working on their issues with Kitkat, but we haven't seen a fix yet.

Thanks for your comments but mine were directed to the community and more directly Acer.
