All you need is OTG cable with usb to micro-usb. You may then use a USB stick to tranfer the photo's.

The other options is to mail you photo's to any of your email account and download it on your PC

Simple, put both your W4 and your desktop in the same HomeGroup and copy files directly thrugh the network.

Many MicroSD cards come with a USB adapter. If you have no USB slots then you have a different problem.

(put microSD in tablet, copy files, remove from W4, put in adapter, connect to other device's USB slot. Download files).

Just realized that most microSD cards come with a standard SD card adapter and from there you need an SD card to USB adapter like this.

So now you have three different potential methods:

    1) network share

    2) ad hoc network

    3) flash drive/SD card

    one should work

There is another option, RDP, but that gets complicated.
