Is the Acer Aspire R7-571 HDCP compliant?

I believe the title is rather self explanatory. I recently tried to download an ultraviolet movie through Flixter onto my aspire with the hd option, and it came up with basically what was telling me that it or a display on it wasn't HDCP compliant. However with the Aspire R7-571 being listed as HD, as far as I am aware, I would assume that would mean it would be HDCP compliant.
So basically what I'm asking is if infact the Aspire R7-571 is not HDCP compliant or if it is actually an error on the programs part?

Have you updated the VGA drivers to the latest available on Acer website?
if those drivers doesn't fix your issue, i would try Intel's:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProdId=3712
sort by date (newest) and OS.
