All-in-one touch screen not working after reverting back to Windows 7

On my Acer Z5610: Touch screen worked fine in Windows 7. Upgraded to Windows 8.1 and touch screen didn't work. After trawling these forums and finding no answer I decided to revert back to Windows 7 (using retail Windows disk - no longer have Acer recover disks). I still have no touch screen. Windows did not install the drivers to support it.

In device manager I have one "USB Input Device" under HIDs which has a yellow triangle. I am assuming this is the IdeaCom touch screen.

Does anyone know how to get the touch screen working on a fresh install of Windows 7?

It can't be a hardware issue because it worked in Windows 7 before I upgraded and reverted (same day).
