For a Lan connection (Wired), the specs suggest a Realtech TTL811DL Gigabit Ethernet Controller

For a Wifi Card, it suggests 802.11 b/g/n wireless network adapter (USB or PCI Express x1 Low profile), which means any brand with these configurations will be able to work. So long as it is a PCI Express x1 low profile card, you can put it in internally, but if it is a USB device, you can use any brand out there so long as you have the software to use it.

WLAN - Ralink RT2860 Wireless LAN Card

LAN - Realtek Ethernet Controller (RTL8169)
