B1 - A71 Bootloop and unable to factory reset

Hi,
I experienced the partition error when trying to upgrade so i applied the Acer patch. Since then I have been unable to boot.
I've tried the hard reset and even going into recovery to do a factory reset. Whenever I go into recovery and select any of the options the Acer logo is shown and then the screen goes black. Eventually the charging screen is shown.
Is the bootloader/recovery corrupt?
Suggestions welcome...... Thanks

I have managed to recover from this and the tablet is now booting correctly.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the solution but I used a freely available flashing tool

I think something went wrong on repartitioning and looks like recovery can't work anymore.

i think you can only contact your Acer support service

Unfortunately it's out of warranty and they have quoted £45.60 just to look at it.

Annoying when it is a result if applying their patch.
