    Hi PedaPera,

Could you take a picture of the back of your unit and share it with us with what connections you're using? Can you also provide me with the 1st 10 characters of your Serial Number? This would represent our "Part Number" for the unit. It will allow me to look up specifics.

The reason I ask for the picture is that the sytem includes onboard video options, as well as optional dedicated video card ports. If you're trying to use both onboard and the dedicated video card, it could be causing a problem.

Have you updated to the latest BIOS on our website, there are some improvements that I believe may resolve this issue for you. Here's the link to the BIOS: http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/BIOS/BIOS/BIOS_Acer_P21.A2_A_A.zip?acerid=635382243714316774&Step1=DESKTOP&Step2=VERITON&Step3=VERITON%20X4630G&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=PA_6

If this continues after updating the BIOS, I'd like a bit more info. What OS are you running? Do you see the system boot up with both monitors plug and then it stops working (at say, when it actually attempts to enter windows) or does it just stay black screen 100% of the time (no BIOS, no Post...nothing).

    Thanks,
    Cory
