Acer monitor turns yellow constantly.

My Monitor was returned from Acer support shortly after we purchased it. They could not find a problem.  It seems to be the power supply. I have tried three power supplies and they all do the same thing. I have tried plugging into a surge protector and straight into a socket - no change.  Any suggestions?

Are you connecting DVI, VGA, or HDMI?

Have you tried it on a different computer?

If the display is yellow on a different computer, I recommend contacting Acer in your region to have them take another look at repairing the monitor.

Not sure about the connection. . . I want to say VGA because that is the only term I am familiar with. Yes, the monitor was returned to ACER for a month.  They tried it on a number of computers with no problem.  It was returned to me thru Best Buy and the tech there used a voltagbe meter on my power supply and found it to be lacking in power.  I have requested two power supplies from Acer and nothing has changed. Don't know where to go from here.  I have tried switching the plug from the wall socket to my surge protector. As I said nothing has changed.  Personally, I think it is the power supply, but what do I know. Any suggestions now?

This sounds like a silly reply but do you have any other units you can test the monitor on yourself?

Not silly, wish I had another computer to test for myself; but, we only have one tower computer.  Not very techy :-)

Thru Best Buy, when this monitor was in the fixit shop, we purchased another HP monitor for the month and had no problem with that monitor.  When the acer was reurned, Best Buy took the other monitor back for a full refund.  I just can't believe that ACER could not find/fix the problem and obviously because it was past the one month time lapse, they would not replace the monitor. It has to be the power supply, but Acer has sent me two power supplies plus the one that came with the monitor and they all lack the juice to turn the monitor white.  I am thinking we will just have to live with it. If you think of anything, please let me know. It was a $200 monitor.  We have had Acer products before and have had no problem with the.  Not sure what to do. Yellow in Andover, MA.
