I would like to maximize my ram and install Windows 7 on my aspire one kav10. Is this possible, and what size ram should I buy?

Hello merrick,
About memory, I gave you the links for Aspire One D150 (light green). This is identical to all models.
Only one dimm slot ---> 2 Gb maxi.
About Windows 7, watch this video (AOD150 - Windows 7-32 bits). It works fine but that won't be "a race car"!
You'll find all drivers on your Acer support for Windows 7.

Your netbook is an Aspire One D150 (AOD150).
You'll find the exact model on the label which is sticked on the lower cover.
