How to contact ACER Support ?

Hello,

I am currently trying to contact the ACER support, however the Case Booking and the Chat with a Support Agent require you to give a correct Serial number or SNID.

I tried to connect several times with the codes i have on my Aspire TimelineUltra M5-581TG-53314G52Mass, bought on 08/08/2012 with a 3 years-extension warranty, but none of these ones seem to work properly ...

What can I do to contact them ? My laptop has several problems and I need to get it fixed asap, I use it for studies and work Smiley Sad

    What is the problem trying to contact Acer Tech Support?  Why does it have to be via the Chat.  I would like to talk personally with them to help me with a NEW PRODUCT that I can not use.  I am using my old laptop to try to discuss my issue concerning the new product.  It is sad and pathetic.  I need a telephone number to contact them expeditiously.  I can not use this laptop information to correct the other laptop. PATHETIC.

    You can surely contact us via phone. Our phone support is available in a couple of places. Your warranty information has the number available or you can visit our Contact us page for the US here: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact

     

    At the bottom of the page you can provide your serial number to get the right warranty support number for yourself.

     

    If you continue have issues, send me a private message with your serial number and I'll be glad to look into it as well.
