HELP - My Acer E3 won't turn on, it only does the blue light when i plug it in.

I have tried pressing the volume up and power button at the same time but nothing happens. I have also tried using another cable but nothing happens it just turns blue and stays that way. Can someone help? If not, can i take it into a 3 store (as i bought it on the 3 network) instead of sending it to acer?

    let's try 2 things:

     

    1) connect the E3 to the AC charger, then the blue led appears wait about 1 minute and if the led doesn't change, press the power button for about 20 seconds and see if it turns ON,

    2) connect the E3 to a PC with the USB cable and do the same thing with the power button, also here if the OS recognize the E3

     

    if the E3 is still on blue led state.....go to the 3 store not Acer.

    This exact thing has happened to me. I'm going to take it to the 3 store but if they can't do anything will I have to send it to acer in the mail ( because they have no shops) - what I'm worried about is if I have to repair the phone does that mean I will lose all the photos I had on there to start with
