Z5 Z150 New handphone was broken down 2 times in a month. Black screen and can't switch on at all.

Acer Liquid Z5 Z150 I bought this new handphone on 13/3/2014 and start to use it around mid April. I am very disappointed with Acer's product because the handphone was broken down 2 times within 1 month time. It suddenly turn black screen and totally out of control and can't be switched. No response and can't re-start. Acer's technician put it as "No power, battery cannot charge up, can't turn on". The technician said it is the OS problem; it crushed with google system. After first fixing, I got the same problem after 3 weeks. How can it be like that???Even though the phone is cheap, I don't expect its performance is so lousy. I strongly request Acer to review this line of product and take back this model from the whole world and refund to customer.

    I strongly agree that the phone needs to be reviewed. I had a z5 for 1 weeka nd same thing happened. My service provided replaced it with a new z5 and after 1 week it happended again. z5 is great hone but what is happening is really bad.

    The same thing happened to me. I've been using my new Z5 for 5 days now, and this morning I was not able to get the screen to turn on. I've tried the reboot process, but that doesn't seem to help... I've been trying all morning to get the screen to turn on but nothing seems to help...

    And I have the same problem. I have a Z150 from just 3 days and today just died. I tried to restart it with a combination of buttons "power and increase the volume", but had no effect.

    Is this manufacturing defect?

    What is the guarantee that if I replace it the problem will not recur?

    Obviously the problem is not unique. Let by Acer Inc. to issue an opinion.
